Mrs. John Shay, wife of a south prairie farmer, died at Rolette, and her remains arrived in Minot last night. More particulars will be given later.

Mrs. John Shay was visiting at the home of her daughter in Rossiter, N.D., when she was taken with a stroke of paralysis and called to her heavenly home. Her body was shipped to Minot, where interment took place. Mrs. Shay was a potent factor for good in our community. She possessed a noble, Christian character and wielded an influence that will be procreant for good even though she is no longer with us.
