McLISH, Lillian, 94, died Friday. Graveside services 2 p.m. today, Maxwell Cemetery, west of Ada (Smith-Phillips, Ada).

ADA - Graveside services for Lillian "Nanny" McLish, 94, Ada are 2 p.m. Thursday at Maxwell Cemetery, Oil Center, the Rev. Frank Trent officiating.
Mrs. McLish died Jan. 12, 2007 at a local hospital. She was born Jan. 7, 1913 at the Maxwell Community to Joe and Sara Hicks Hilton. She married Oscar Brecheen in 1929 in Pontotoc County. She would later marry Sherman McLish in
1946 at DeQueen, Ark.
She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Ada.
Mrs. McLish was preceded in death by her husband Sherman McLish; one son, Joe Edward Brecheen; four brothers, Newt Hilton, Callaway Hilton, George Hilton and John Hilton; and three sisters, May Graham, Marie Beavers and Thelma
Thompson.
Survivors include three sons, Loyd Brecheen and his wife Mary, David Brecheen,and John Hilton and his wife Judy, all of Ada; one daughter, Wanda Whittington, Ada; eight grandchildren, Dustin Brecheen and his wife Shawna,
Ada; Ana Butticci and her husband John, Modesto, Calif., Sherman Whittington and his wife Aletha, Comanche, Wayne Whittington, Ada, Waneva Morris, Tina Avery, Kim Johnston and Davey Don Brecheen; and 22 great-grandchildren and
four great-great-grandchildren.
