Beverly A. Crubaugh, age 82, passed away at 10:27 AM, Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Heartland Health Care Center, in Peoria, surrounded by her loving family.

Born November 15, 1934, in Peoria, a daughter of Vincent and Margaret (Kelch) Gangloff. She married Leonard W. Crubaugh in Peoria, IL., May 1, 1954. He preceded her in death, December 7, 2001.

Beverly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was happiest spending time with and taking care of her family. She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and a member of St. Mark’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by two daughters; Cindy (Chuck) Behrens and Kim Crubaugh, both of Peoria, two sons; Mark (Theresa) Crubaugh of Saunemin, IL and Eric (Theresa) Crubaugh of New Berlin, WI, seven grandchildren; Laura, Joseph, Courtney, Sarah, Taylor, Clare and Josh, one brother; Bill (Norma) Gangloff of West Peoria and one sister Mary Rhoads of Peoria, AZ.
Beverly was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Ken Rhoads.

Funeral Mass will be 1:30 PM, Saturday, February 18, 2017 at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, with visitation from 12-1:30 PM also at the church. Father Daniel Gifford will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in West Peoria.

Memorials may be made to St. Mark’s Catholic Church or the donor’s choice.
