∼Doris A. McDonald, born April 4, 1929 in Rocky Ford, Colorado, died peacefully on December 11, 2016 at The Hilltop Commons where she resided for four years.
She was the youngest of eight children of Nora Blanch Kramer and John Luther Cadwallader.
Doris was a supervisor at Mountain Bell. Her true passion was music, and she spread much joy during her life playing piano and organ and singing. She shared this gift with her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Doris is survived by one brother, Dale Cadwallader, of Branson, MO; daughter, Vicky Lunday, of Tucson, AZ; sons: Daroll Jay Humphreys, of Grand Junction, and Kevin Lee Humphreys, of Montrose; and stepchildren: Mike, Jeff and Andy McDonald.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill McDonald; and six other siblings.
Doris will be greatly missed.
