She was born June 14, 1907, in Portland.She had recently moved to Corvallis.
She worked 26 years as a dietitian for Kaiser Permanente and retired in 1967. Mrs. Harmon was a member of University Baptist Church.
Survivors are her brother, Henry Neer of Yakima, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
