He is survived by Mrs. Irene Rountree of Bemidji, Minnesota, Mrs. Mary Smith of Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Clara Bakko of Eureka, Mrs. Fern Cartwright of Lakeview, Oregon, Mrs. Florence Butler of New Pine Creek, Oregon, and Mrs. Carol Steward of Lakeview, Oregon; sons, George W. Griffith of Arcata, Frank Griffith, Jr. of Eureka and Charles A. Griffith of Gildford, Montana; 22 grandchildren and a brother, Clyde Griffith of Chicago, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Pierce Mortuary. The Rev. Fred Hanes will officiate, and concluding services will be at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Delbert O. Smith, Orville Bakke, George Cartwright, Donald Butler, Lloyd Steward and Donald Lessley.
