Funeral services for Anan C. Eveleth, 54, of 95 Simonds Road, Lexington, were held today in the Douglas Chapel, 1844 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington. Burial was in the Lowell Cemetery. Mr. Eveleth, court officer of the Middlesex county superior court and a former deputy sheriff, died Tuesday.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Elena (Sentner) Eveleth, he leaves a daughter, Miss Gail Eveleth, and three sisters, Mrs. Arthur C. Spalding and Miss Helen Eveleth of Lowell, and Mrs. Carol W. Peck of Providence, R. I.
