Mrs. King was born December 27, 1920 in Holdenville, OK, to the late James and Georgia Atkinson and passed away May 20, 2011 in Tyler, TX. She was an elementary school teacher for 35 years, a member of Green Acres Baptist Church and a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution).
She is survived by daughters, Elayne Nall and husband, Joseph of Tyler,TX, Deborah McNeil and husband Randy of Longview, TX ; sons, Gale Franklin Lofties and wife Jan of Gulfport, MS, Michael Lofties and wife Debra of Whitehouse, TX; step-son, Michael Ouzts and wife Jan of LaRue; step-daughter, Sharon Graybeal of Utah; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; step-brother, Glen Shed and step-sister, Helen Phillips; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Orval Lofties and Marshal King, brothers, Lloyd and Clifton Atkinson; sisters, Jimmie Marie Atkinson and Leora Parsons and step-brother, Buford Shed.
