A. Bruce Mahar, On Oct. 11, 2006, a lifelong Needham resident.

Family:
Beloved husband for 57 years of Rachel (Ciano) Mahar.
Loving father of Bruce Mahar and his wife Mary of Franklin, Karin Adams and her husband Ken of London, Ontario, Janice Somerville and her husband Wayne of Dallas, TX, David Mahar and his wife Cathy of West Newton, and Sandra Kew and her husband Barry of England.
Also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Funeral from the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave., NEEDHAM on Sat., Oct. 14 at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Joseph Church at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours Fri. 4-8 PM. Interment Mon., Oct. 16 at 1 PM at St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Assoc. Mass Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472 or St. Joseph's Church, 1382 Highland Ave., Needham, MA 02492.

Late WWII U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.
Retired employee Needham School Dept. Former Eucharistic Minister at St. Joseph Church, Needham.
