Melissa Kay Loy, age 41, of Hot Springs, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, this Little Social Butterfly gained her Angel Wings February 5, 2017. She was born on March 31, 1975 in Hot Springs.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father, Leon Loy.
Melissa was a member of the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle. She was very active in her church, she loved taking care of the children. She was also a greeter at the church and loved helping everyone. She took part in the nursing home ministry through the church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, along with her church family.
She is survived by her mother, two brothers and sisters-in-law, her nieces and nephews, great-nieces.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 in the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
Interment will be in the Lowe Cemetery.
