Andrea was born the daughter of Sotero Roache and Eustolia Hernandez Roache on November 10, 1930 in Lawton, Oklahoma. She died on January 30, 2017 in Chickasha.
Andrea grew up in Verden and graduated from Verden High School. She married and lived several places before settling in Pampa, Texas. Andrea lived there fifty seven years then moved back to Verden to care for her ailing mother. She worked most of her life as a school custodian and was also a seamstress.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers Joe, Benny, Teddy, and Junior; two sisters Susie and Delores; one daughter Lisa.
Survivors include son Van Collins of Claude, Texas; son Benny Collins of Marlow; daughter Elaine Slater of Pampa, Texas; sister Carmen Roache of Chickasha; sister Rose Burns of Minnesota; sister Esperanza Costa of Minnesota; brother Johnny Roache of Chickasha; eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
