Mrs. Melody Rose Abernathy Johnson, age 56, of LaGrange, passed away on February 4, 2017.
Mrs. Johnson was born on November 28, 1960 in LaGrange to the late William A. Abernathy and Margaret Boyd Abernathy.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with Rev. Ben Turner officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Leopoldo V. Miranda of LaGrange; children, Christy Lumpkin and her husband Eddy of LaGrange, John Lott and his wife Brandi of Hoschton, Georgia, Shelby Johnson of LaGrange and Maggie Johnson of LaGrange; grandchildren, Mason Lumpkin, Madison Lumpkin, Abigail Lott, Anslei Ebel, Katie Lott and Sidney Lott; extended family and friends.
