Patricia L. Cerase journeyed home to our Lord and Savior on January 28, 2017. She was born May 31, 1929 to William and Mary Ryan in Batavia, NY. She was pre-deceased by her husband of 59 years, Michael Cerase, her daughter, Denise, and her son, Michael. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Snyder (Troy), Marisa Leaser (Paul), Patrice Pruitt (George), 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and her faithful canine companion, Lil Bit.
Like the true, proud, Irish woman that she was, Patricia loved to sing When Irish eyes were smiling, Danny Boy, she filled her home with music and love while she played piano for her family. She was a dedicated stay-at-home mother and wife to her five children and husband before starting her career with Lord & Taylor. She was a dedicated employee and had a fantastic employee discount, she made sure her grandchildren were the best dressed on the block. She had a contagious laugh, a beautiful smile. Her love was unconditional. She will be cherished forever.
Her service will be held February 13th at 10:30 am at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery.
