He was born August 25, 1956 in Lorain, OH a son of the late Arlen and Bessie Dobbins Rogers.
He was a sawmill worker and a laborer.
He is survived by brothers, James Rogers of Akron, OH and Keith Rogers of Litchfield, OH; half sisters, Virginia Chavez and Judy Rogers.
Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m., Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the Rosedale Community Cemetery with Pastor Scott Raynor officiating.
