Clive Allison Alderman, Jr. age 87, of Nokesville, VA passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at the Inova Fairfax Hospital.

He was born on October 22, 1929 in Huntersville, WV the son of the late Clive A. and Elsie R. (Dean) Alderman, Sr. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War, including a 2 year tour in Alaska. He was a retired accountant for the federal government, who later pursued a career in real estate.

Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Bonnie Lois (Street) Alderman; three children, Gary A. Alderman of Manassas, VA, Jeffrey L. Alderman of California and Robin L. Dyer and husband Thomas of North Carolina; one sister, Joy Camp of Chase City, VA. Also, he was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. An avid Redskins fan, he enjoyed cheering on his team with family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Services were held at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA on January 9, 2017 with Rev. Jim Johnson officiating. Interment followed at Stonewall Memory Gardens.
