OKLAHOMA CITY
Jane Moehrle passed away January 31, 2017 at Heritage Point Alzheimer's and Memory Care Facility in Oklahoma City. Jane was born on June 30, 1928 to Herbert and Sophie Bruber in St. Paul, MN. She married Richard E Moehrle August 28, 1948 and raised their 7 children in St. Paul. In 1968 Dick and Jane moved the family to Weatherford, OK to manage the 3M Plant. Dick and Jane retired to Summerland Key, FL and then Sarasota where Dick passed in 2000. Jane moved to Seattle to be near her children and grandchildren in 2005 and then to Oklahoma City in 2008. Jane was generous with her time and talents throughout the years. She was an active member of each parish's prayer and service groups where she lived. She fed the homeless, brought communion to nursing homes and volunteered for Hospice. In her later years, she enjoyed the care and support of hospice and receiving communion at her place of residence.Jane is survived by her daughter Sue Hooper and husband Jim of Oklahoma City, Richard Moehrle and wife Joyce, Linda O'Connell and husband Tom, Tom Moehrle, Bill Moehrle and wife Karen, Jim Moehrle and wife Lianne, and Paul Moehrle of the Seattle area. Jane's grandchildren are Jim Hooper and wife Luellen, Christy Hrencher and husband Matt, Elizabeth Hooper, Colleen Morgan, Bridget Morgan, Molly Morgan, Alicia McKinnon, Scott McKinnon, Lindsay O'Connell, Kaitie O'Connell, Marelle Moehrle, Jay Harrison, Billy Moehrle and wife Elise, Michelle Moehrle, Matthew Moehrle, Shannon Moehrle, Cody Moehrle, and Dalton Moehrle. Jane has 9 great grandchildren. Sister-in-law Teri Bruber and brother-in-law Bud Moehrle and numerous nieces and nephews also survive Jane. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Monday, February 6, 2017, at St. Eugene's Catholic Church in Oklahoma City. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Alzheimer's Association.
