Frank W. Smith, 63, former Elwood tinplate worker, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lillian Berry, 1600 South Main street, Kokomo, Monday, of a complication of ailments, after an illness of five years.
Besides the widow he is survived by seven children: Mrs. Lillian Berry, Mrs. Helen Smith, Mrs. Edna Hoover, Miss Martha Smith and Charles Smith all of Kokomo; Mrs. Mary Howey, of Beardstown, Ill., and Donald Smith, of Venice, Calif.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Kokomo Southside Christian church Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock and burial will be made in the Elwood cemetery.
