phine Lee, 100, of the Moab
Community were held Feb. 25,
2006 at Mt. Nebo AME
Church. Rev. C.D. Cooper of-
ficiated, with burial in the
church cemetery.
Mrs. Lee died Feb. 16, 2006
at Mt. Nebo.
Josephine was born May 7,
1905 in Lee County, the
daughter of Richard and
Texanna Parks. She married
Eddie Lee in 1934, and was a
homemaker.
Mrs. Lee was preceded in
death by her daughter, Eddie
Jane.
Survivors include her chil-
dren, Rev. Howard and Mil-
dred Lee of Rockdale, Beatrice
and Elton Thompson of San
Antonio, Milton Greene, Joyce
and Leslie Green Sr. of Hous-
ton, Mittie Watson of Dallas,
daughter/granddaughter
Bessie Mae and Jessie Jack-
son of Dallas; 23 grandchil-
dren; 60 great grandchildren;
24 great great grandchildren.
