A resident of Merom. He was a veteran of WWI and was the current commander of the Merom Post No 362 oft the American Legion.
Survivors include his widow, Rose; two daughters Mrs. Merdith Pinkston of Merom, and Mrs. Alice Minett of Blloomington; two sons, Norval Wills of Sullivan and Eugene W. Vigus, of Indianapolis; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Ward of Hymera and Mrs. Fairy McKinley of Merom; 15 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
