Alexander Crocket, an old colored man who was in the employ of Thompson & Bland, horse dealers for a number of years, died yesterday at the poor farm. He was 75 years of age. The burial took place at the cemetery on the county farm.

Alex Thompson, the aged colored man who for many years had been in the employ of Thompson & Bland, died Tuesday at the poor farm, where he was taken when prostrated by illness some days ago. He was buried at the poor farm graveyard.
