Life-Long Bell Co. Resident Is Dead
Mrs. Martha Elizabeth King, 69, life-long resident of western Bell county, died at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at her home at Nolanville after an illness since Wednesday.
Mrs. King was born at McDowell Valley Jan. 3, 1874 and lived there and at Nolanville all her life.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p. m. at the McDowell church, conducted by Rev. B. E. Kimbrow of Salado, with burial in the McDowell cemetery. G. C. Eads & Son in charge.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. E. B. Ranne, Belton; two brothers, J. W. Thompson, Killeen; and J. L. Thompson, Nolanville.
