MAIER, WILLIAM "BILL" LLOYD, 85, of Louisville, died Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Signature Healthcare South Louisville with his family by his side.
Bill was a retired Project Engineer with Henry Vogt machinery and was a US Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Bill was Past President of the American Turners, a member of AmVets Post 9 and a longtime member of Christ Evangelical Church, where he served on several boards and positions.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Anna.
Bill is survived by his daughter, his four stepchildren, six grandchildren, and his brother.
Bill's funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Bosse Funeral Home, 1355 Ellison at Barret Avenues with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
