Jacob Reno, aged 83, a lifelong resident of Shenango township, Lawrence county, passed away at five a.m. today in his home following a long illness.
He is survived by hsi wife, Mrs. Eleanor Reed Reno; six daughters, Mrs. Ravilla Graham, Ellwood City, Mrs. Elsie Cameron, Wampum, Mrs. Clarence Guy, Newport, Grace Reno, Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Ella Peterson, Detroit, and Mrs. Sara Emery, Ellwood City, and three sons, Luther of Orville and Warren and George, at home.
Funeral arrangements have not been completed.

Funeral services for Jacob Reno, who died Monday at his home in Brown's Addition, Ellwood City, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. from the home with Rev. Claude Downs of the Savannah Methodist church officiating.
Interment will be made in Locust Grove cemetery.
