CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind., March 8. – Horace Norman, age 77, retired farmer and lifelong resident of Wayne county, died this evening at 6 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E. S. Waddell, north of Mount Auburn,following a short illness.
He is survived by the widow, Ethelinda; five daughters, Mrs.James Ammerman and Mrs. Andrew Burgess of Cambridge City, Mrs. Charles Duebel of Straughn, Mrs. E. S. Waddell, and Mrs. Elmer Hebble of Binghampton, N.Y.; two sons, John and William Norman of Richmond; and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Waddell, in charge of the Rev. A. Stamper of Springport. Burial will be in South Lawn cemetery, Dublin. The deceased was a member of the Straughn Methodist church.
