Jerry Lance Moutardier, age 69 of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017.
Jerry was born on October 2, 1947 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Odes and Maude Moutardier. Jerry moved from Orlando, Florida to Port Saint Lucie, Florida in 1980. He worked as a carpenter. Jerry was very skilled with his hands and could build or fix anything. He enjoyed collecting his roosters and chickens and loved being outside in the nature.
Jerry was preceded in death by his son, Michael Moutardier, and his brothers: Odes Jr., Charles, Robert, and Abe Moutardier.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Janice Moutardier; daughter, Sharon Laskey; granddaughter, Kaylee Laskey; grandson, Tyler Laskey; son in law, Keith Laskey; sister, Wanda Owens; brother in law, Tom Owens; and niece, Melody Landrum.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 22, 2016 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at Yates Funeral Home, Fort Pierce Chapel.
