Virginia Zink, 84 of Templeton died at 9:26 p.m. Friday in Edgewood Healthcare Center, Oxford. She had been in ill health the past 16 years and a resident of the center the past 12 years.
Born in Green Hill in Medina Township, Warren County, September 16, 1902, she was educated there. She had lived in Benton County since her marriage September 25, 1923 to Carl H. Zink. He survives.
Mrs. Zink was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic church, Oxford where she and her husband were married.
Surviving with the husband are five sons, Albert and Bob Zink both of Oxford, Carl J. Zink of Otterbein, Dick Zink of Lafayette and Jim Zink of Boswell; a daughter Joyce Gramman of Fowler and one brother Bob Biddle of Kramer.
Father Fred Gachwind will officiate the burial and internment at St. Patrick's cemetery. Also surviving are 22 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A daughter, her parents a grandson, 5 brothers and 1 sister preceded her in death.
