Minnie died from circulatory failure due to arteriosclerotic heart disease.

OBIT:

Mrs. Minnie Wolfe, 89 of Fremont, died at 2:45 today [October 18, 1955] at the Walker Nursing Home in Oskaloosa where she had been a patient for over three years.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Fremont Funeral Chapel with Rev. R. Underwood, pastor of the Fremont Methodist Church, in charge. Burial will be in Cedar Township Cemetery.

Mrs. Wolfe, the former Minnie Alice Failyer, was born near Kirkville, Aug. 21, 1866, the daughter of George and Catherine Failyer. She was married on Oct. 10, 1892, to Samuel Wolfe, who died Jan. 27, 1940.

Surviving are five sons, John and Orville (Tom) of Fremont, Verle and Cleo of Oskaloosa, and Marvin of Ray, Minn.; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
