Donna R. Jones passed away 26 October 2016 as a result of a long battle with Rheumatoid Arthritis. A private family graveside service was held at the Farmington Cemetery on 29 October 2016. She married her High School sweetheart Richard Calton Jones 19 January 1951. Their union was later sealed in the Salt Lake Temple. Richard was called home in August and evidently heaven was lonely without his darling and he came for her 12 weeks later. Donna served her Father in Heaven in several capacities including Relief Society Teacher, Relief Society President, Webelos Leader, Primary Teacher, Primary President, Young Womens President, Gospel Doctrine Teacher, Stake Relief Society and Primary positions as well many others through her mortal probation. In her later years she loved serving as a Temple Worker at the Bountiful, LDS Temple. Donna served on the Farmington City Planning Commission and many other Civic organizations including PTA President for Farmington Elementary and Davis High School. She supported her family in every endeavor they undertook. She celebrated their triumphs and comforted them through challenges. Donna was a great cook, mother and wife. She taught her children many lessons preparing them for life as adults. Donna is survived by her three children Rebecca "Beci" Gregory, Pamela Jones, Matthew (Anne) Jones, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents George Edwin and Dorothy Gamble Braby Larsen.
