Her childhood was spent in Stibnite, Ferdinand, Craigmont and Boise, Idaho. She graduated from Meridian High School in 1961, and then completed beauty school in Boise. She worked as a beautician off and on through her life.
In 1962 she married Rod Amundson and they moved to southern California. Her three sons were born there and she lived there until about 1975. After a divorce, she moved back to Idaho where she raised her boys in Kuna, Meridian, and Payette.
In 1980 she married Michael Boerner and they lived and worked together in the insurance business in Payette. He passed away in 1988 and Beverly continued the insurance business.
She is survived by two sons and four grandchildren, one sister, two brothers, and numerous extended family.
Preceding her in death were her parents, son Shawn and husband Michael D. Boerner.
