Grandma is not buried here however my grandfather is and Grandma owned the plot has a pre-need on their headstone. Uncle Lee chose not to place her urn with Grandpa instead scatter her ashes. I feel it only appropriate to memorialize her here with her husband of more than 50 years. Grandma loved Grandpa more than words.

Grandma and Grandpa had 3 children Irvin Lee, Carl E. and Valinda G. Grandma was almost 93 when she passed away at her home having lost her daughter only 4 months prior. I believe Grandma knew mom was getting ready to pass away and waited for her.

Grandma was an LPN2 graduating from St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Yakima WA. She worked for memorial for awhile then St. E's as it used to be known before it became Regional Hospital. You could take the nurse out of the hospital but you couldn't take the nurse out of Grandma. She took care of her long time neighbor Harry Tidd when his health began to fail and continued until he passed away.

I love and miss you Granny.
