Mrs. Patton, a homemaker, went to her heavenly home January 9, 2017. She was a lifelong resident of Downsville and attended Beulah Baptist Church. She loved being a MaMaw to her grandson, enjoyed spending time with her family and pets, Skipper and Tinkerbell. She also enjoyed reading, attending her grandson's ballgames, and cooking. She was famous for her pecan pies.
Preceding her in death were her parents: O.B. and Hester Jurls and her brother, Clifton Jurls.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 48 years, Buddy Patton of Downsville; daughter, Debra Talley & husband, Steve of Downsville; grandson, Peyton Talley and step grandson, Corey Talley and 1 sister, Patricia Jones of Farmerville
Pallbearers will be nephews: David Smith, Ronald Jones, Donald Jones, Dustin Jones, Trey Patton and Chris Patton.
Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville.
