Danny Ray "Noah" Combs, 54, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 13, 2012, at Hubbard Hospice House. He was our brother, and friend and yours.

He was born in Charleston on April 15, 1958, to his father, Jerry McGlothlin and mother, Lillian Faye Hancock Quinn. He was all about his music, family and friends.

Left to cherish his memory is his long time companion, Sadie Coon of Rand; daughter, Lisa Combs Parsons of Ripley, and Amber Combs Skinner of Texas; son, Justin Combs, also of Texas; sisters, Donna Patton of Rand, Kathryn Fields of Elkview, Patricia Lowers of Memphis, Tennessee, Sharon Grier of Ohio, Nancy Reeve of Minnesota; brothers, Donald Lossing of Charleston and Jerry McGlothlin Jr. of Charleston; step-father, Donald Amos Lossing of Elkview; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. We all know he will be dearly missed.

A graveside service will be held 12:00 p.m. noon Monday, July 16, 2012, in Harris Cemetery, Roane County, with the Rev. Ollie Parsons officiating.

The funeral procession will depart from Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, at 10:30 a.m. for the cemetery.
