SIMMONS, Irma Audrey Alred 95, of Plant City, FL, born in Bainbridge, GA on July 28, 1921, entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2017. She found her joy in the Lord, and was a lifelong member of the Dover Advent Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, cooking, and helping others. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Theo Claude Alred and Calhoun Simmons; children, Judy Creamer and Terry Claude Alred Sr; and nine siblings. She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Ceron and husband, German of Ecuador; grandchildren, Marci, Rick, Dana, Robyn, Claude, Stacey, Gigi, Millie, Claudio, Cristy; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 14, at 11 am, at Dover Advent Christian Church, 14202 Downing Street, Dover 33527, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10 am. Committal to follow at Turkey Creek Cemetery, Plant City.
