Floyd was the fourth of twelve children born to Earnest Lonnie (Sr.) and Mattie Eugenia (Poole) Warren. He married Pauline Cashion in 1937 and they had seven children: Phyllis Ann, Mary Lois, Markus Lou, Floyd Franklin Jr., Sylvia Diana, Jack Donald and Judy Elaine.

STATESVILLE - Mr. Floyd Franklin Warren, 82, died Febuary 19, 2002. Funeral 2 PM Friday, Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. Burial, Concord Presbyterian Church. Visitation 7 -8:30 PM tonight, the funeral home.
