Virginia E. Curler, 69, of Beaverton, died Monday, Dec. 27, 1999 at MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland after a long illness.
Born Feb. 10, 1930 in Marlette, she lived in Gladwin County for 13 years and previously lived in Linwood.
Virginia married Donald Curler, May 23, 1953 in Bay City. She was co-owner/operator of Linwood Cycle Sales in Linwood. She was a member of the Dale United Methodist Church in Beaverton.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Donald II and wife Diane of Las Vegas, Nev., and Roland and wife Colleen of Linwood; six grandchildren; one brother, Louis Rich of Mt. Pleasant; and two sisters, Helen Schank of Essexville, and Grace Phillips of Saginaw. She was preceded in death by one son, Chris in 1981, three sisters, and two brothers.
Services will be held at noon Monday at the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. Burial will be in Heavenly Rest Cemetery in Kawkawlin. Visitation will be 1 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Hall Funeral Home, Beaverton Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity. Gladwin County Record, 29 December 1999 Page 4
