GLENBEULAH – Wm. J. Armstrong, a former resident here, passed away at Chicago last Tuesday of hemorrhage, at the age of 56 years and 8 months. He was born at Branton, Canada, coming here with his parents at the age of 2 years.
He leaves four children, two of Chicago and two in California; three brothers, and four sisters; Thomas of Kaukauna, Robert of Green Bay, Chas of Duck Creek, Mrs. Mary Chapman of California, Mrs. Fanny Pettet and Mrs. Maggie Stacey of Peshtigo, and Mrs. Lottie Empey of Marinette. All attended the last sad rites.
The remains were brought to his village on Friday; funeral services at the M. E. church Rev. C. E. Olsen officiating. Undertaker M. M. Mann was in charge. Interment in Walnut Grove cemetery.
