Per Connecticut Town Birth Records, pre-1870 (Barbour Collection) - Rebeckah Keeler was born on Aug 27, 1729, in Norwalk, CT, the daughter of Samuel and Sarah Keeler.

4/26/21 - FAG Contributor Pam Miller # 48070335 has suggested that Rebeckha Seymour died 25 Nov 1786 in Norwalk, CT. However, the source (below) indicates that she was alive in 1788 when her husband's estate was divided, and also alive in 1790.

1. Connecticut, Town Marriage Records, pre-1870 (Barbour Collection): Rebeckah Keeler and James Seymore were married in Norwalk, CT, on 13 Feb 1774.
2, U.S. and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900: Rebecca Keeler and John Seymour (born in 1734) were married in 1790.
Note that neither one of these records appears to fit with this Rebeckha, and shows that there were several Keeler/Seymour marriages in CT in the 1700's.

The Seymour Family page 109 indicates that John Seymour, son of John, son of John, son of Thomas, son of Richard, was born in 1734 and died at Norwalk CT on 22 Nov 1786 at the age of 52 (taken from his gravestone). He married Rebecca Keeler who was living at Norwalk at 1790.
Administration of the estate of John Seymour, late of Norwalk deceased was granted to Samuel Seymour, 3 Dec 1785. Inventory taken by John Lockwood and James Seymour.
Division of the estate of John Seymour late of Norwalk, deceased, was made 4 July 1788 between the widow, eldest son Jonathan, son Samuel, son John, and daughters Ruth Sammins wife of Augustine Sammins, Rebecca Seymour, Sally Seymour, Betsy Seymour and Patty Seymour.
Note that Ruth Sammis and Augustine Sammis are the great grandparents of Daniel Sammis Sanford, who is described at some length beginning at page 110 of this record.
