Born on November 19, 1916 in Maryland to Jack and Minnie Sturgill. He was preceded in death by his wife Esther Sturgill, son Donald and grandson Troy.
Ralph is survived by two sons; Larry Sturgill (Andrea), of Auburn, Terry Sturgill of Auburn, one daughter, Maryann St. Jacques of PA; two brothers and three sisters; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Chapel of the Hills. Graveside services will follow at the New Auburn Cemetery.
