Lizzie (Hilton) Culler, 88, widow of James M. Culler and resident of Rt. 3, Ball Park Road, died at 3:10 a.m. today at the Thomasville Nursing and Convalescent Center. She had been in declining health for 10 years and a patient at the Nursing Center for two years. She was born in Davidson County November 30, 1880, a daughter of Randall and Roxinna (Sledge) Hilton, and was a life long resident of Thomasville. She was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and a member of the Ladies Bible Class of the church Sunday school. Her husband died October 1, 1946.
Surviving are three sons, Clarence, Arnie and Reece Culler, all of Rt. 3, Ball PArk Road; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
