Edward was in the Air Force for five years and served during WWII. He married Helen Laura Kramer and they had a beautiful daughter named Rosalind. He was a restaurateur in New York before moving to California and operating his own franchise of an International House of Pancakes on Pacific Coast Highway in Hermosa Beach during the 1960s and 70s. His employees were extremely loyal to him and many worked for him for many years. He let them know how much he appreciated them and treated them like family.
Upon his retirement, Edward and Helen moved to Arizona.
Survivors included his wife Helen, daughter Rosalind, and brother Jerry.
