Thomas C. Coomes, 66, Indianapolis, died Wednesday in Wishard Memorial Hospital. Born in Nelson County, Kentucky, he lived here 48 years. Mr. Coomes owned Cliff's Auto Sales 20 years, retiring in 1977.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Farley West Morris Street Chapel, where friends may call from 6 to 9:30 p.m. today and all day Friday.
Survivors include his wife, Josephine Bennett Coomes; two daughters, Kay Underwood and Beverley Miller, and a son, Lawrence Coomes.
