Yolanda B. Glenn-Leatherwood, 30, of Springfield died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2001, in Springfield. She was born Jan. 23, 1970, in Springfield, the daughter of Vincent and Shirley Glenn. She married Kortney Leatherwood in 1996.
Mrs. Glenn-Leatherwood was a 1988 graduate of Springfield High School. She received her bachelor's of arts degree in public health and her master's of arts degree in public health administration from Western Illinois University. She was employed as an administrator with the state Department of Public Health.
She was a member of Monroe Street Christian Church, Delta Sigma Theta sorority, Springfield Junior League, NAACP and a board member of Planned Parenthood.
Survivors: husband, Kortney; five sisters and two brothers.
Services: Monroe Street Christian Center. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
