Mattie Lou Andrews, 91 died Tuesday December 13, 2016 peacefully in her sleep at Memorial Herman in the Woodlands, TX. Mattie was born January 6,1925 in Rossville Tennessee to James and Ella Elder. She later became a beautician and married her husband Harold Andrews. They had one son Edwin Andrews, he was her baby boy her most precious gift. Mattie loved her son then grandchildren came into the picture and she was so proud to be a grandma. She spoiled her grandchildren with love and anything she could. Her nights were filled with strawberry milk and the little rascals or Shirley temple. Mattie Andrews is survived by her son Edwin Andrews, her granddaughter's Sarah Mitchum and Ellen Andrews, her Grandson James Andrews and her great grandson Bryson O'Briant. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Andrews Funeral services will be held at the Houston National Cemetery Friday, December 16, 2016 at 10 a.m
