Wilford was son of Dr. Leroy T. and Lillie Beene Waller. He was a World War II veteran serving with the 8th Air Force of the U. S. Army Air Corp in England, discharged with the rank of Major. He was an attorney at law, retiring from Tenneco Oil Co. in Lafayette, La. after over 25 years of employment. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Theresa Candilora Waller. He is survived by one daughter, two sons, two grandchildren and one great grandson.
