Mrs. Stuffert was born in Brooklyn, NY. She lived in Plainfield for 74 years, working as a sales clerk at Mann's Millinery Shop before retiring in 1982.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Plainfield and a former member of Plainfield Senior Citizens.
Surviving is her husband, Arthur Stuffert of Long Beach, California, and two sisters, Frances Urciuoli of North Plainfield and Jeanette Faturos of Plainfield.
Arrangements are by Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eight Street, Plainfield, Monday, June 20 at 9:30 AM thence to St. Mary's Church, Plainfield, for the Funeral Mass, at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, South Plainfield. Visiting on Saturday and Sunday.
