N. J. was the husband of Adelia Sumner. His grand-daughter said his middle name was Jasper, although many records have it as Joseph.

We are sorry to hear of the death of Mr. Joe Brim.

He had lived at Dresden nearly all of his life until a few years ago, when he and his two daughters, Misses Ruth and Blanche, moved to Corsicana, and was living there at the time of his death.

He leaves to mourn his death, Ruth and Blanche Brim of Corsicana, one son, Earl; several grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.

He was laid to rest in Dresden cemetery Monday afternoon.

N. J. Brim Passed Away in Corsicana

N. J. (Uncle Joe) Brim, aged 76 years, died at his residence at 925 South Beaton in Corsicana at 4 a.m. Sunday.

The McCormick funeral coach went for the body Monday and carried it to Dresden cemetery for burial at 3 p.m., Monday.

Rev. Kinslow, pastor of the Methodist church officiated.

Uncle Joe Brim had lived near Dresden for a number of years and had many friends there.

Husband of Adelia "Delia" (Sumner) Brim; son Linza R. Brim and Jemima (Simpson) Brim.
