Patricia "Patty" Domm, 88, of Wahpeton, ND passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Siena Court Assisted Living in Wahpeton. Patricia Jean Crawford was born on May 26, 1928 to Walter and Mabel (Harborn) Crawford in Wahpeton, ND. She grew up in rural Wahpeton and lived on the original Crawford homestead. She attended grade school at Center #2 and graduated from Wahpeton High School in 1946. On June 6, 1948, Patty married Frank Domm at the First Congregational Church in Wahpeton. The couple continued to live on the farm where they raised their three children. Her entire life was devoted to her family and helping Frank on the farm. Patty was a member of the Society of Mayflower Descendants, the Ladies Aid, the Sunny Circle Homemakers, and the Eagle's Club where for many years they enjoyed the weekend dances and the lifelong friends they made. She was also active in 4-H while her children were growing up. Patty enjoyed baking and gardening, and in her later years developed a great joy for quilting.
Patty is survived by her three daughters, Elaine , Nancy , and Karen ; three grandchildren; one great-grandson; one step-great-granddaughter; and one sister, Virginia
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and her parents, Walter and Mabel Crawford.
