Agnes Lil Wathen O'Bannon, 88, of Louisville, died Thursday, April 22, 2004, at her residence.

She was a native of Morganfield, KY, and a member of St. Martha Catholic Church and its Altar Society.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Frank T., George and James Wathen, and sisters, Mary Catherine Wathen, Elizabeth Breslin, Ann Telford and Helen Bosse.

Survivors include her husband, a son, a daughter, a sister, and five grandchildren.

Her funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Ln., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from noon-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Memorial gifts may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Dismas Charities or Harbor House.
