Graveside services for Sandra Sue Billups are 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Ball Cemetery in Childers. Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service.

Sandra Sue Billups, 66, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 in Hulbert, Oklahoma.

She was born December 23, 1949 in Powell, Wyoming to Lloyd James and Anna (Kiaser) Hoch.

She graduated from Alluwe Schools and on March 10, 1977 she married Bob Billups in Alluwe. Sandra continued her education earning a Masters degree in Counseling. She was worked in many areas of counseling and enjoyed being able to help people. She had a very giving, caring and forgiving personality. She was always there for others. Sandra was a great wife mother and grandmother. She held a special place in her heart for all her family. Sandra will be missed by all who knew her.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Anna Hoch. She is survived by her husband, Bob Billups of the home; four children, Ted Billups of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Dale Billups and Bill Billups of the home, Brandon Billups and his wife Joanna of Muskogee; three siblings, Jim Hoch, Bob Hoch, Johnny Hoch, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
