AGED SEXTON DEAD AT MONTOURSVILLE

Daniel Horlacher One of the oldest residents of Montoursville died at his residence last evening where he had lived for 49 years. He had been ill for three weeks. He was born in Fairfield Township and located in Montoursville when just a young man.

When the Civil War broke out he enlisted in the 131st Pa Volunteers and later in the 6th Pa Cavalry. During his later years he was the sexton of the Montoursville Cemetery.

The deceased was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Our Savior, the Veteran's Association & Mountoursville Council of the Jr. OUAM.

The deceased is survived by a widow and three children: Mr. Van Grafius, John of this city and Jesse of Montoursville.
